An independent citizen journalists view on the political rally and press conference I Iowa. The Az court of appeals is set to hear the Lake campaign's case regarding the questioned outcome of the 2022 Arizona election.

Here is the essence of the 2 questions I'd like to ask Candidate Lake;

1. What practices do you and your team employ to avoid the distractions from the increasing calls and questions regarding running for other offices when your stated single minded focus is the current active judicial case related to the irregularities surrounding the 2022 election management, process, and results?

2. Do you and your legal team find the Arizona Revised Statutes, especially under title 16 (election law) to be user friendly towards a candidate bring forth a challenge to the process and results. For example it is unthinkable that a candidate does not specifically under law have to recuse them selves from an office that has direct operational control of the process for a seat they are running for.
