Finding Rocks Under ICE on Lake Superior | first hunt of the season

Join along on our first rock hunt of the season! We head up north to Lake Superiors North Shore, hop in the BIG lake and wade in freezing cold waters to look for rocks and minerals! We literally had to move ice and look under it to find rocks on this rockhounding trip. It was a blast but a cold one! I hope you enjoyed watching and tagging along for finding these stones. Thanks for joining along on this winter rockhounding adventure along the amazing North Shore of Lake Superior as we hunt for different rocks and minerals. Exploring this beach for its treasures was fun but cold! I loved finding that Lake Superior agate in host rock as well as the porpyry and jaspers we found!
