The Mindful Me Journey helps create lasting change.

movement or cognitive behavior therapy tool that can help group leaders, health coaches,

➢ Uncover actionable goal setting opportunities, and

Livestream - My live streams are generally about a half-hour of music and chatting with the audience. I'll take questions and do some shoutouts along the way. This is something that I would like to grow into a full-fledged radio program about Christian music discovery. We'll see what happens.

My Music - I've been a musician for more than 10 years, recording under the name The Legend of XERO. I do a mix of electronic rock and pop music along with some rap and singing. Some of my inspirations are bands like Linkin Park and Marilyn Manson, but I'm also a big fan of lyrical rappers that give their audience something to think about.
