STRIKE CLAVICLE END FIGHT !!!

JKD Sifus Raymond Bray and Mike Goldberg of Keller, Texas welcome y'all to another "JKD Old Fart Friday Night Session"!!! Tonight, you'll learn how to apply a Hsing-I Sinking Heavy Palm Strike to the clavicle area rendering your attacker's arm pretty useless when applying at least 25 pounds ( lbs. ) of pressure. Bob the practice dummy is perfect for practicing this technique and gives you the proper feedback when you execute this strike correctly. We learned this strike from JKD Sifu Tim Tackett who practiced Hsing-I while he lived and worked in Taiwan.
