The FAIRtax is Back

This week's Chairman's Report is guest written by John Linder, the original sponsor of the FAIRtax bill in the House. John first exposes some of the dishonesty that opponents are directing at the FAIRtax. Then, he does the math and proves that the FAIRtax is a better deal for taxpayers than the income tax.
