In this DIY timber framing video, we continue to construct the cabin in the woods using both modern and traditional hand tools using mortise and tenon basic frame work on the 7 x 7 post by treating them with linseed oil and wrapping them with clear wrap to protect until the ground wall is in place. We do some landscape grading to drain water away from the footer and talk about some future plans for the cabin. It is coming along good. Follow us through the complete build to the final stage of the cabins basic frame work.
