In this DIY video we are finishing the last post and beams for the construction of the timber frame cabin in the woods with some of the traditional timber framing hand tools for the joinery. We also condition the wood with the Shou Sugi ban technique of burning it to create a bug resistant, fire retardant, and moisture proof surface. The cabin construction will take about a week to put it all together.
