In this diy timber framing video, we continue to construct the cabin in the woods in the Smoky Mountains using both modern and traditional hand tools on the mortise and tenon for the purlins that will support the roof rafters. I discuss the beginning of a new segment video called "Q&A Contractors Corner." This is a new platform that will help the Outpost community tap into the knowledge of former and retired contractors, engineers, architects and others who have spent a career in the commercial or industrial construction fields. Questions and answers will bring for a wealth of knowledge for all to benefit. Follow us through the complete building videos to the final stage of the cabins basic frame work.
