Cute Fun Valentine's Cupcakes | Easy Vanilla Cupcakes | Valentine's Day Treat

Make your Valentine's Day simply sweet with these easy cupcakes! Share with your special someone or friends and family. This uses a vanilla cupcake with buttercream frosting but you can use your favorite store bought cake and frosting. Also, you don't need a piping tip or bag just use a ziploc. It's so easy. Cupcakes:
1 3/4 cups flour
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup butter (softened)
1 cup sugar
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 teaspoons vanilla
2 eggs
1 egg yolk
1 cup buttermilk

Bake at 350 18 - 20 minutes

Frosting:
1/2 butter (softened)
2 cups powdered sugar
2 tablespoons milk
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
neon pink food dye gel
