3. Your posture - You can try a meditation cushion or bench, or even a chair. If you have back problems, you can try laying down. You can even try standing, or walking meditations, if sitting/laying down is uncomfortable for you.
4. Your mudra - Your mudra is the hand position that you are holding during meditation.
5. Sounds - Silence can be overwhelming for some people
