CO HB23-1003 (School Mental Health Assessment) Testimony given by Erin Lee

This bill specifies that a student 12 years of age or older may consent to participate in a mental health screening and subsequent mental health treatment without parental knowledge or consent. It is an egregious act against allowing parents to make the best decisions for their child.
