THE BEST AND EASIEST QUICK KETO BAGEL(NUT FREE & GLUTEN FREE)

Ingredients:

1/2 cup golden flaxseed meal- https://amzn.to/3x7yuGW

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon baking powder- https://amzn.to/3Yj1ozT

5 eggs

2 tablespoons olive oil- https://amzn.to/3DVceDI

2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar- https://amzn.to/3YAT2TO

Optional toppings: sesame seeds, poppy seeds, Everything but the Bagel seasoning, etc.

Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the coconut flour, flaxseed meal, salt, and baking powder.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, olive oil, and apple cider vinegar.

Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.

Divide the dough into 6 equal portions and shape each portion into a bagel shape.
Place the bagels on the prepared baking sheet.

If desired, top the bagels with sesame seeds, poppy seeds, Everything but the Bagel seasoning, etc.

Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the bagels are golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Remove from the oven and let the bagels cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before serving.
