~~ A reporter was arrested after a live television shot during a news conference by Ohio Gov. Mike DeWine about a train derailment.

Video shows correspondent Evan Lambert of NewsNation being handcuffed facedown on the ground Wednesday by two law enforcement officers, then being escorted to a police SUV.

The news conference was in East Palestine, a village in Columbiana County near the Ohio-Pennsylvania state line.

It was not immediately clear what led to Lambert's arrest, but a Columbiana County Sheriff's Office spokesperson told USA TODAY on Thursday that Lambert was charged with disorderly conduct and criminal trespassing, both of which are misdemeanor charges.
