The presidents of Hungary and Romania didnt clap Zelensky

Why? Because of the nationality laws in Ukraine that is not in favor of Hungarian and Romanian ethnics. Second, because people are tired of the war. Third, because Zelensky is not a very honorable man maby not like Putin dishonest but certainly he is not to be clapped, Zelensky that is.
