Enchilada Soup Meal in a Bag
Ingredients for bag:
28 oz can green enchilada sauce
12.5 oz can chicken
4 oz can chopped green chilis
14.5 oz can petite diced tomatoes
15.5 oz can pinto beans, rinsed & drained
15.5 oz can black beans, rinsed & drained
15 oz can corn
Directions to prepare:
Dump all ingredients into crockpot, pot or dutch oven. Stir to combine and heat on low until heated through. If desired, serve with sour cream, corn chips, or other toppings of your choice.
