INGREDIENTS :

200 grams mature cheddar cheese ( 7.05 oz )
125 ml German wheat beer ( 4.22 fl oz )
125 ml milk ( 4.22 fl oz )
30 grams butter ( 1.05 oz )
2 tablespoons plain flour ( 15.6 grams )
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce ( 5.73 grams )
1 tablespoon mustard ( 5 grams )
1/4 teaspoon salt ( 0.57 grams )
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper ( 0.58 grams )
1/4 teaspoon cayenne ( 0.44 grams )
1/4 teaspoon paprika ( 0.70 grams )
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder ( 1.2 grams )

INSTRUCTIONS :

.in a large pan / wok on low heat add 30 grams butter
.once melted whisk in 2 tablespoons plain flour
.raise to low to medium heat, whisk in 125 ml German wheat beer
.once getting creamy whisk in 125 ml milk
.add 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
.add 1/4 teaspoon cayenne, 1/4 teaspoon paprika
.add 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
.add 1 tablespoon mustard, reduce to low heat & mix well
.add 200 grams mature cheddar cheese, raise to low to medium heat
.mix well & cook until cheese has melted
.serve with pretzel
