Remainder of January railfanning (1/10/23 - 1/31/23)

On January 13th, I got a heads up that M433 had BNSF/GECX power stolen off G107, so I took a ride to Newburgh to watch it pass, and then gas my car up, which I conveniently needed to do in the area. Just about a week later, on January 21st, I got word that B779 had a UP ACe leader, and after several lengthy delays, I drove to Newburgh to watch it. On the 23rd, I got word that I169 had a Dash 8 leader, so I took a spin to Newburgh to watch it pass. On the 24th, I got word that M433 had a pair of UP SD70’s, and they happened to come during my meal break, so I leapfrogged them to Iona Island, armed only with a cellphone. On the 25th, I got word that H70 had a solo SD70ACC, so I took a ride out to MQ in the pouring rain for them. On the 29th, I got word that M404 was around with a CW40-8 trailing, and M410 had some units coming out of storage, so I took a ride over to Newburgh where I saw both. A little while later, I got word that H70 had an SD70ACe and AC44C6M, so I took a ride over to MQ to watch them roll by. Thanks for watching and I hope you enjoyed!
