Rule 1 R1 Casein Protein Vanilla Creme review

Here is a review of the Rule 1 R1 Casein Protein Vanilla Creme flavor protein powder. Casein protein is a slower digesting proteins source that people typically take in the evening or night time because of its slow digesting properties. I found the casein protein has a bit of a different taste and texture from traditional whey protein powders bud rule one does a really good job of keeping their protein tasting good no matter what.
