HERE'S A RECIPE FOR KETO CHOCOLATE BARS MADE WITH COCONUT

Ingredients:

1 cup unsweetened shredded coconut- https://amzn.to/3x50ZF4

1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder- https://amzn.to/3JS3Jxl

1/2 cup erythritol or another keto-friendly sweetener- https://amzn.to/3DQZ0YR

1/2 cup melted coconut oil- https://amzn.to/3Yyz2kS

1 tsp vanilla extract- https://amzn.to/3HL546f

pinch of salt

Instructions:

In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded coconut, cocoa powder, erythritol, melted coconut oil, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix until everything is well combined.

Line a 9x9 inch square pan with parchment paper.

Pour the mixture into the pan and spread it out evenly.

Place the pan in the fridge to set for at least 1 hour.

Once set, remove the chocolate from the pan and cut it into bars.
