The “Toe Drag Swag”
Riff on a classic Salty dog

2oz gin
1oz grapefruit juice
2oz kiwi simple syrup
.5oz Lemon juice
Pinch of Twangs Paloma Love + Citrus Splash

Shake vigorously & strain over pellet ice
*served in rocks glass*
** garnished with salted glass, black triple sec grapefruit salted caviar on a grapefruit slice bed**

Caviar Recipe
*1/4 cup Triple Sec
*1/4 cup Fresh Grapefruit juice
*4 healthy pinches of Twangs Paloma love Salt
*1 drop black food coloring
*1/2 tp of Agar Agar

Simmer until ingredients are dissolved
Chill in ice water until cool.
Slowly dispense drops of the caviar into cold oil
Drain & rinse
