TOMORROW: The 5th Circuit Court of Appeals in United States v. Rahimi has ruled unconstitutional a Texas law prohibiting firearm ownership to those against whom a domestic violence restraining order has issued. The opinion cites to the recent standard articulated by SCOTUS in Bruen just last year.
