Lee Ann Young, SHRM-SCP, started Uncharted HR on the principles that a company’s greatest asset is its people. With over 20 years HR experience she realized that the “people” component are the hardest things to manage. Every organization starts with a gathering of strangers, who then become coworkers and hopefully highly functioning teams. How does that happen, chance, luck, hard work?
