Website Accessibility Litigation / ADA Lawsuits Will Decrease in 2023 [Kris]

Kris Rivenburgh discusses why there will be less website accessibility litigation in 2023. Recently rulings in California and New York are favorable to business owners and will result in less demand letters and complaints filed. However, previously active and new plaintiffs' law firms are continuing to file "ADA website" complaints so while the number of complaints / lawsuits will decrease, a real risk of litigation still remains for website owner / operators.

Kris designed the ADA Compliance Course (ACC) as instructions you can give your team to fix the most commonly claimed issues in ADA website lawsuits. The ACC is really an SOP for your web team. Your team can get started in minutes at https://ADACompliance.net/.
