🍐Ingredients:

For the syrup:
🔹Water - 700 ml
🔹Sugar - 100g
🔹Pears - 3 pcs
For the dough:
🔹Eggs - 2 pcs
🔹Vanilla sugar - 1 tsp
🔹Sugar - 80 gr
🔹Greek yogurt - 120 gr
🔹Butter - 50 gr
🔹Flour - 180 gr
🔹Cocoa - 2 tbsp
🔹Baking powder - 10 g
🔹Honey or syrup (grease pears)

👩‍🍳Preparation:

For the syrup: combine water, lemon juice and sugar, bring to a boil. When the syrup boiled, turn down the heat and drop the pears without peel, cook them for 5-10 minutes. Take out and let cool.In the eggs add salt, sugar, vanilla sugar, mix, add yogurt, melted butter, mix and sift the flour, cocoa and baking powder.After add the chocolate drops and mix again.Grease the mold with butter and sprinkle with cocoa.Pour the batter, place the pears to the bottom, smear the tops with honey or syrup and send to the preheated oven until ready.After letting cool completely, decorate (with melted chocolate and crushed cashews).
