38 Rim Fire Bullet Swaging part 2

This is the first stage (kinda) of swaging 38 Rim Fire bullets.
I first mold the core. Then I swage undersized but to the correct shape.
Then I powder coat the bullet, which adds about .003" to the diameter. Then I swage it to the final size.
