Sam Smith & Madonna Frighten the World at the Grammys (Sponsored By Pfizer)!

The biggest night in music was last night, to the shock of most people. The Grammys did the biggest number in 3 years, but it's still nothing close to when the music industry was relevant. Now they have to resort to carny tricks to garner any attention.

Madonna or her wax double introduced Sam Smith. Smith, a non-binary "performer," had a deliberately pointed performance of "Unholy" that was supposed to rile up the Christians. It was satanic in nature, nothing new for music, if you remember the satanic panic of the 1980's. But it will fail to have lasting power because it's forgettable music and the sponsorship dollars will go elsewhere. Oof product placement...
