Welcome to our FIRST EPISODE of Dishin'. Join us weekly as we DISH about what is going on in our Public Schools. This week, we are focused on controversial books in our public schools. Please join us as we read excerpts from the book Beloved, by Toni Morrison. This book is available to children as young as 11 years old in several school districts across Northern Colorado. It is imperative that parents are aware of what their children might be exposed to so that they can GIVE or WITHHOLD informed consent when it comes to reading these books.
