Highway 8 sections pre-Nov 14, 2021, still cling to Nicola river bank

Highway 8 was closed for 361 days following the atmospheric river event on Nov. 14, 2021 that washed out 25 sites or Sections of the Spences Bridge Merritt Highway.

Some sections of washed out highway still cling to the bank of the Nicola River having been replaced in part by new sections of road across the river.
