Ambience 👻 The Ghost of Birthday Girl Bridge

Hello and welcome to my channel!

This is a personal photograph of “Bailey Bridge”, also known locally as “The Birthday Girl Bridge” located on Old Finch Avenue in the East end of Scarborough, Ontario, Canada. The bridge was built in October 1954. While there are many different tales of this area being haunted by several ghosts, one legend that is primarily told is about a teenage girl who was murdered as she was heading home from her birthday party and now her ghost haunts the bridge, the road, and the surrounding woods. There are very few lights in this area and it is pitch black at night. High beams are required when driving here. Only one car at a time can pass over the bridge and high beams are used for signaling other cars for crossing over. Some say that they have spotted her on the road at night with their high beams on. Another rumour is that if you stand on the bridge and sing “Happy Birthday”, you will hear her scream in the distance, or perhaps see her appear!
