In this portion of the DSHS/DOC of WA state "sponsored" meeting, Sheriffs of Thurston County as well as law officials of Tenino, WA were present to address the specifics including ordinances citing water quality of the Surpreme Living (the private prison corporation dealing in prisoner housing) property in Tenino WA, as well as to who's best idea was to sign off on the project to house Level 3 Sex Offenders in Tenino, WA on Feb 1st.

Some in the meeting even went so far as to suggest solutions but not in the same context as though the meeting was laden with primarily partisan grounding. The Sheriff as well as various members of locals attending spoke against the suggestion as they cited the lack of notice and political solutions as the stresses behind the towns condemnation of state response to the planned housing of the sex offenders.

Members of the Tenino Police Department, Sheriff's Department, as well as government officials including the mayor laid out their bullet points as well as opened the meeting to anyone in the community. Officials there to debrief town members of the situation with the facility included State Senator Jim Walsh, Sheriff Derrick Sanders, County Commissioner McGia, as well as other notable figures including rerunning candidate for Fed Congress Joe Kent.

At least 300+ people came to the meeting on Sunday, Jan 29th, 2023 after their message was delivered in Olympia to the Governor's Office for accountability at the state level.
