INGREDIENTS :
500 grams mince beef ( 17.63 oz )
240 grams conchiglie pasta ( 8.46 oz )
200 grams shredded cheddar ( 7.05 oz )
110 grams chopped onion ( 3.88 oz )
400 grams chopped tomatoes in juice ( 14.10 oz )
10 grams chopped parsley ( 0.35 oz )
250 ml double cream ( 8.45 fl oz )
240 ml beef broth ( 8.11 fl oz )
2 minced garlic cloves
2 tablespoons plain flour ( 15.6 grams )
2 tablespoons olive oil ( 26.6 grams )
1/4 teaspoon salt ( 0.57 grams )
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper ( 0.58 grams )
1/4 teaspoon paprika ( 0.57 grams )
1/8 teaspoon sage ( 0.17 grams )
1/8 teaspoon thyme ( 0.11 grams )
1/8 teaspoon rosemary ( 0.15 grams )
1/8 teaspoon marjoram ( 0.23 grams )
1/8 teaspoon basil ( 0.10 grams )
1/8 teaspoon oregano ( 0.14 grams )
INSTRUCTIONS :
.boil 240 grams conchiglie pasta until soft & drain
.in a large pan / wok on medium heat add 500 grams minced beef
.add 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
.cook for approximately 5 minutes & remove
.in same pan / wok on medium heat add 2 tablespoons olive oil
.once heated add 2 minced garlic cloves & cook for 1 minute
.add 110 grams chopped onion & cook for 2 to 3 minutes
.add 1/8 teaspoon oregano, 1/8 teaspoon sage
.add 1/8 teaspoon basil, 1/8 teaspoon marjoram
.add 1/8 teaspoon thyme, 1/8 teaspoon rosemary
.add 1/4 teaspoon paprika & mix well
.add 2 tablespoons plain flour & mix well
.add 240 ml beef broth & mix well
.add 250 ml double cream, 400 grams chopped tomatoes in juice & mix well
.add 200 grams shredded cheddar & mix well until melted
.add beef & mix well
.turn off heat, add cooked pasta & mix well
.add 10 grams chopped parsley & mix well
