When do we stop? What is the minimum amount that counts...10 pushups. That is when we stop, when we can't do the bare minimum! Shoulder gave out after 9 at one point, but my mind said keep going! Get back up! 🧠 💪 for a total of 183 pushups today.

Wife was listening to andrew in the background, and I couldn't stop till my 🧠 told me it was ready to stop, now tate needs us more than ever and we owe it to him to push to the our limits and then push alittle further 🙏
