Join me Robin on the Road, Your Concierge for things Travel as I take you on a tour of Bulow Plantation Ruins Historic State Park. I will cover the history of the area, the Seminole Indian tribe, the house, slave cabins, ruins and museum. The park is part of the larger Bulow Creek State Park, which contains several more ruins and archeological sites. The Bulow Woods trail is a 6.8-mile path from the Bulow Sugar Mill ruins to the Fairchild Oak, a 70-foot oak tree that is thought to be 400-500 years old. The park also has the Wahlin loop around the Coquina springs and a 13.1-mile canoe trail with a ramp at the Ruins. I highly recommend this beautiful and natural spot in Flagler Beach, FL, it's like stepping back in time. I hope to see you out there on a road of your on, until then safe travels.
