Part II emphasizes the CIA activities in specific countries and the turmoil and tragic loss of life which resulted. Included is a comprehensive look at the use of torture, particularly the CIA schools in which methods of torture are taught, and the CIA personnel who conduct seminars in foreign countries, using human guinea pigs and employing torture equipment sent from the US. The role of the CIA, multinational corporations and other agencies of the US government is revealed in a presentation of the overthrow of governments in Chile, Brazil and Ecuador.
