Unboxing Dalstrong! "The Crixus" and Professional Chef Tweezers

I am a big fan of Dalstrong. Their knives, especially the shogun series, have beautiful designs. So far I have been highly satisfied with their fit and finish. I have not fallen victim to any of the "poor manufacturing and quality control" that some of the existing reviewers have experienced. I am excited to use the chef/butcher knife hybrid that is "The Crixus" and the chef precision tweezers (UPDATE: the Tweezers are not worth the purchase). Hope you enjoy!
