Tactical collections teams, HUMINT or CI (these are often interchangeable, but mean slightly different things; to some) are often small, 4 person or so teams. This mean all the work of the mission, team maintenance, camp assignments, development, meetings, comms, missions, leave...everything falls on the backs of this small contingent.
