We will be transparent with you and tell it like it is. Veteran-owned and operated small business. We hear nightmare stories of customers being lied to just so sales guys can line their pockets. We will make money regardless so why not lay out your options and select the best price, speed, etc? Even though we sell certain services, we will tell you the whole truth even if it is not positive news. For example, Cox states they offer UNLIMITED high-speed internet. That is FALSE. They actually give 1.25TB per month and charge you for any use above and beyond. They will try to upsell you by charging $50 more per month in addition to what you are already paying for true unlimited and even that is not unlimited. They simply take it up to 3 TB per month. If you are serious about cutting the cord on cable TV, you will need a TRUE UNLIMITED SERVICE. Centurylink does not lie about it. When they say unlimited, they mean unlimited. Cox raises the price after 12 months by $20 per month. Centurylink keeps the same price and plan for as long as you are a customer. These are the little things that we are very transparent about. Our reputation is everything and I don't want an upset customer later when they find out the truth. Our reviews are the highest in the industry and we have been in business since 1993 with Beepers / Pagers in Ellicott city, Maryland. I took a break to go to College and the Army where I was still doing some business on the side. The business has evolved and moved to Las Vegas, NV so you are getting decades of knowledge, experience, and great customer service! If you see a negative review anywhere it is about the service directly or something technical that the customer may not understand. We have been getting the most 5 star reviews and did more activations than anyone else in the United States. We were the number 1 dealer for Clear 4G internet before they were bought out by Sprint. We have been the number 1 dealer for Cox communications year after year nationwide until we got fired. I was in the hospital with stage 4 cancer fighting for my life and one of my employees who was not that experienced and I was not here to guide ... told a customer to cancel and re-create an account in their spouse's name once their bill increased by $20 per month with Cox. Honestly, I would do the same thing because why would I pay $20 per month more when I don't have to. I am kind of glad we parted ways when I saw how dirty they do their customers. Years have passed and things have changed. I am surprised they did not take into consideration that the owner had 6 months to live and could not properly manage my crew. These are life/business lessons that we must all learn from and grow. I can assure you that would never happen again. I am transparent about my success and failures and now see that great success can not come without some failure.
