Rangers fc Nicolas Raskin COULD start Today#shorts

Nicolas Raskin’s work permit has now been approved and the 21-year-old midfielder will now be in the Rangers squad to play Ross County on 4 February, according to Four Lads Had A Dream.
Raskin signed for Rangers on deadline day in a move that was touted to happen for months on end with Michael Beale finally getting his maestro over the line.
And now it seems the Englishman could hand Raskin a Scottish Premiership debut against Ross County, providing he is fit and ready to play.
“Nico Raskin’s work permit has now been granted and the player is in the squad tomorrow,” said Four Lads Had A Dream on Twitter. (3 February, 2:48 PM)

It’s the signing every Rangers fan wanted to see completed on deadline day and it’s nice that the Raskin deal has finally gotten over the line.

Raskin is the exact type of talent Beale wanted in his midfield and it will be interesting to see how the Gers boss utilises him in the club’s engine room.

Versatility is Raskin’s most desirable trait and his ability to turnover balls quickly from defence to attack is exactly what the Light Blues need right now.

Pair Raskin alongside fellow January signing Todd Cantwell and many would argue that it has been a successful transfer window for Beale and co.

There are obviously still a lot of improvements to be made and fans will be praying that areas of concern get addressed in the summer months this time around.

Whatever the case, it seems Beale will be able to get the best out of his current squad from now until the end of the season, hopefully, he can get some silverware along the way.
