Ingredients:

For the cake:

120 ml milk
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
260 g + 1 teaspoon all-purpose flour
¼ teaspoon baking soda
¼ teaspoon salt
140 g blueberries (if using frozen blueberries, do not defrost)
115 g unsalted butter, softened
200 g granulated sugar
2 large eggs

For the glaze:

90 g confectioners' sugar
1½ tablespoons fresh lemon juice

Oven Temperature and time:
175 degrees (350 fahrenheit)
50 - 60 minutes

Cake tin:
22x13 cm or 9x5 inch
