Making cheese from home is so easy. All you need is whole milk or sour milk, a meat thermometer, vinegar, and cheesecloth. Heat milk until you get it to 195 degrees, add 3/4 cup vinegar until you get curds, then strain out the curds in a cheesecloth. Wait for about 15 min to form into a ball. Enjoy
