BRRRR or Buy, Rehab, Rent, Refinance, Repeat is where you buy a property, rehab it or renovate it, rent it out, then refinance so you can get a new property then repeat the cycle.

You can create a trusting community by being 100% transparent on every transaction you do, and giving a clear set of guidelines and rules that everyone has to abide by.
Education and empowerment. You need these two together to take your first steps on your journey to financial freedom.
You will never have all the information that you need to endure your investments succeed. You just need to know enough to take action.
Bad deals are not the end of real estate. Bad deals happen, they’re unavoidable. But use these as great learning experiences so you can grow and minimize the chances of this from happening.
