David P Griffiths introduces the programme with a challenge to "Wokist Neil" of North Wales who demanded on last week's programme for "PROOF, PROOF, PROOF" in relation to the dangers of the mRNA vaccine rollout and the lockdown victims that are still many all over Scotland.
Within this context we look at the newly presented five year plan of Dumfries and Galloway Council that despite of them and Holyrood supporting an experimental vaccine rollout and lockdown have now decided all will grow despite of their own recognised likelihood of decrease in population, an obvious contradiction but we in the Scottish Heritage Party supply a solution!

How can we trust the government system in Scotland to put right a problem they have caused?
