The Question is what was he focusing on the FBI / Metro shooter was up on the 32 floor, Cam Operator never panned up. Did you know that the pedestrian traffic Cop at Mandalay Bay waterfalls walked down that road seconds earlier to investigate the gunfire that he heard coming from that lower area.
