Toxic thoughts have a way of taking over our conscious mind, we're aiming to mitigate some of that distractive negative thought process and in its place renew our thoughts with positive, Godly, Christ centered types of thinking patterns.
If you suffer from anxiety or depression, this should help get a grip, even if in a minor way on that negative thinking.
