Functional Legs 🦿

🗣️ If you don’t use it , you loose it. Goal of this session is to build strength, strengthen my knee and work on my verticals. I design different programs for my functional movements each week to work on my weakness and build a stronger foundation for my legs.

- Elevated Hex Bar Squats -4x10
- Bar sissy squats -4x12
- box jumps - 4x8
