Standing resistance band rows for the back. Lats, rhomboids, and lower traps all benefit from the different types of row movements.
It was another cold and wet night that had me on the verge of skipping the gym.
I teach people that one of the most difficult and yet important things to do is to simply show up at the gym, dojo, or training area.
I showed up and executed a workout with 4 rounds of band chest press, band rows as seen here, and jackstand barbell deadlifts.
It ended up being a good workout. The only bad workout is the one you skip. It’s not motivation or inspiration, it’s self discipline that gets you in the gym when you don’t feel like it.
