Canada: Raquel Dancho: Sexual Offenders Need Mandatory Prison Time

In November 2022, Liberals changed the law to allow those convicted of sexual assault to avoid mandatory prison time and serve their sentence at home.
Already, a court has allowed a man convicted of raping a woman to serve his sentence in the community.
Conservatives will reverse this abhorrent policy and put victims first.
