McCarthy Ahead of Meeting with Biden: ‘I Got a Big Plan’

Todd: “But it is the issue of the debt ceiling, this manufactured crisis, that is expected to dominate the conversation in the Oval Office. And it’s what’s dominated the barbs being traded in the lead-up to this meeting. Here’s Speaker McCarthy this afternoon on his way to the White House.”
