Former Wagner commander: 'I am sorry'

Former commander of Russia's Wagner mercenary group, Andrei Medvedev, fled Russia to Norway, where he told Reuters he wanted to apologize for fighting in Ukraine. He says he's speaking out to bring the perpetrators of atrocities in the conflict to justice.
