Workout:

20 sec - jump rope single arm side swipe - 1/4 lb
20 sec - jump rope feet front to middle to back - 1/2 lb
20 sec - jump rope side swipe cross under - 1/4 lb
20 sec - jump rope boxer skip side swipe - 1/2 lb
20 sec - jump rope Tyson squat jump - 1/4 lb
20 sec - jump rope heel taps - 1/2 lb
20 sec - jump rope fast skip - 1/4 lb
20 sec - jumping jacks

*Rest 10 sec between exercises
**Rest 1 min between sets
** Repeat for 5 times total
